Cacao Cup Decorating and Tasting:

  • Pot with Clare Waiteuna Valley Road Raglan New Zealand (map)

Popular Friday night social event.

Unlock a truly unique drinking experience by personalising your cacao cup with coloured slips or carving techniques. Coloured slips allow you to add vibrant, durable hues to your cup’s surface, creating eye-catching patterns or meaningful designs that reflect your style. Alternatively, carving into the cup offers a tactile, artistic dimension—each groove and texture captures a handcrafted story that’s as individual as your taste in cacao. Combining these methods transforms a simple cup into a personal work of art, elevating every sip into a celebration of creativity and identity. Choose personalisation that speaks to you and make your cacao ritual unforgettable.

As we manipulate the clay, we’ll take a moment to infuse it with our winter intentions, crafting a vessel that will nourish your body and spirit throughout the colder months. This workshop is a beautiful blend of ritual, creativity, and self-care, perfect for the mindful soul.

This workshop is excellent for beginners, intermediates, and advanced students.

We will be joined by Raglan-based Mamamuti Honest Cacao for a delicious and warming tasting of their Papua New Guinea Paste. This uniquely rich cacao will make you feel grounded, nourished, and invigorated, with notes of caramel, butterscotch, spice, and raisin.

Bring some patterns that you like and an intention.

Your investment will be $65, and bookings are limited to a minimum of 6- max 10 people.
